FALL 2026 FINE ART AUCTION

Gardner Galleries is now accepting consignments for our fall session of important Canadian and international fine art.
Current works include a historic 1905 oil on canvas by Florence Carlyle titled "Jean" painted in London, Ontario, a 1931 J.E.H. MacDonald oil on board and companion graphite study, two A.Y. Jackson oils on wood panels "Lake Superior at Jackfish" and "Autumn, Algoma East", a 12 x 16 inch oil by Jack Bush (catalogue raisonné reference # 0.0.1945.01) depicting an early landscape study, paintings by James Hergel, Doris McCarthy, Thomas Chatfield, J.W. Beatty, Beatrice Hagarty Robertson, Toller Cranston, Arthur Lloy, Armand Tatossian, John MacGregor, Ron Kingswood, Val Sloggett, a large-scale mixed media by Harold Town, Clark McDougall, Ross Bishop, Peter Snyder, Dick Ferrier, Audrey Garwood, Ronald Okey, Andrew Plum, Frank Halliday, Salvador Dali, Robert Markle, Indigenous carvings by Francis Horne Sr., Doug LaFortune and Charles Joseph, together with several works original to the estate of Stephen Joy including Man Ray, Eric Atkinson, Victor Vasarely, Bern Will Brown, Georges Rouault, Joan Miro, Auguste Herbin, Alexander Fleming & William St. Thomas Smith.
