As a result of registering for our online auctions, or by inclusion on our mailing and email notification lists, we may have collected some or all of the following personal information from you: full name, residential or business address, postal/zip code, telephone number, email address and credit card information. This personal information will only be used by Gardner Galleries to inform you of any online purchases made and notify you of current or upcoming auctions and events. Your credit card information will only be used for pre-authorization purposes and to confirm your identity prior to registering for online auctions, through one of the world's largest online payment providers Stripe.com.

Transaction information is stored in a secure and encrypted manner by Stripe.com with industry standard bank-level security. Your credit card information is not visible to anyone including Gardner Galleries and unless required by law, your personal information used to register to this website will not be disclosed to any third parties whatsoever.  

While payment in person is always available and recommended, we also accept payment online using your credit card on file, as well as e-Transfer and wire transfer.  Gardner Galleries keep information safe from loss, unauthorized use, changes or disclosure.
