All transaction data is stored by Stripe.com using industry‑standard, bank‑level encryption. Your credit card information is never visible to Gardner Galleries, and unless required by law, none of the personal information collected through this website will be disclosed to any third party.

While in‑person payment is always available and encouraged, we also accept online payment using the credit card on file, as well as e‑Transfer and wire transfer. Gardner Galleries takes all reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Gardner Galleries reserves the right to modify or alter these Terms of Use without notice or penalty and by using the Site you are agreeing to be bound by any such modifications, alterations or amendments.
